Green group:
To develop fluency in reading, you should look at the whole sentence, find the commas and full stops and other punctuation marks and phrase your reading so that you only stop at the commas, full stops, question marks and exclamation marks.
To develop expression: Read on to see who is speaking - look for speech marks - followed by who said it. Then try to read with that character's voice e.g. a squeaky mouse voice or an old man's voice.
